After years of apprenticeship with master Ryuichiro Katano, Kairiku's chef since its origins - during which they forged a master-disciple relationship based on respect and devotion - Bruno Silva takes over the kitchen to continue his master's legacy, adding a unique and innovative personality to each fusion.
